Arts, Cleeren & Vennoten is established on 1 September 2007 by Geert Reniers, Tom Arts, Christophe Hermans and Frank Cleeren.
On the basis of earlier experiences, they opted for a dynamic,
speciality-oriented functioning combined with teamwork from the
beginning.
They independently assist SME’s and large companies, non-profit
organisations and private persons in giving advice, in business
transactions and in settling disputes in courts and arbitration
committees.
Arts, Cleeren & Vennoten currently consists of a large number
of lawyers, each one of them concentrates on a certain field. All these
lawyers plead before all Belgian courts. Six employees are responsible
for the technical and administrative support.
A large part of the service of Arts, Cleeren & Vennoten relates to international transactions. That is why we often cooperate with foreign law firms. All of our lawyers are multilingual and we give assistance in Dutch, English, French and German.
